Important Notice: We do not provide warranties for all products. Warranty coverage is offered on selected products only, at the discretion of the manufacturer. Eligibility and specific terms vary by product and manufacturer. 

2. How to Determine Your Product's Warranty Coverage

You can determine the warranty status of a specific product through the following methods:

Product Page: Check the "Product Details" or "Specifications" section where we clearly indicate if the product includes a warranty and specify its exact duration.

Included Documentation: Products that include warranty protection will contain a manufacturer's warranty card or documentation inside the packaging.

Contact Us: If uncertain, contact us with your order number and product model number for verification.

3. Warranty Scope & Duration

For products explicitly stated to include warranty protection:

Warranty Duration: The warranty period varies by product and manufacturer, typically described as "Limited One-Year Warranty" or "Two-Year Warranty" similar terminology as specified on the product page.

Warranty Scope: Coverage is limited to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions. Warranty service (repair, component replacement, or product replacement) is provided at the sole discretion of Kitchw or the product manufacturer.

4. Disclaimer (What Is Not Covered)

The following situations are excluded from warranty coverage:

Products not explicitly designated as warrantied on their product page

Normal wear and tear

Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications/repairs

Improper installation, operation, or maintenance contrary to product instructions

Natural depletion of consumables (batteries, bulbs, etc.)

Cosmetic damage including minor scratches or imperfections

Damage from acts of nature (fire, flood, power surges, etc.)

5. How to Claim Warranty Service

For products with valid warranty coverage:

Contact Customer Service: Initiate a claim by email or phone, providing:

Your Order Number

Product Model and Name

Detailed problem description with photos/video evidence

Problem Assessment: Our team will evaluate your claim and provide further instructions

Return Instructions: If coverage is confirmed, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return address

Processing: Upon product receipt and inspection, we will perform appropriate warranty service

Note: Returns without a valid RA Number will not be accepted.
